Marty Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University in 1993. Became a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2012.

Spent 20+ years developing custom software for a Johnson City, TN based IT firm. Under his leadership the company grew from 20 to 500 clients and the staff grew from 5 to 85, expanding to 9 states across the US. Marty leads all operations and logistics.
