Robert Chris Magda, Owner

Robert has been in real estate investment, development, construction, and finance for more than 30 years. 

Has performed many successful multimillion dollar acquisitions and mergers in the fields of real estate, technology, digital marketing, banking, real estate, and healthcare. He has owned and operated startups, small businesses, and franchises. He is currently the Managing Member Owner and EPCON Franchisee of Timbertop Builders, LLC 

Liz Cartwright, Administrative Director

Liz has worked with Chris for the past several years and as an administrator for a Fortune 50 Company for 30 years prior to coming aboard Timbertop. Liz has a degree in Business that focused on Accounting and has a knack for delivering a project on time and on budget. She’s all about the details and loves adding those finishing touches that bring a project together. Liz heads up the admin department and overseas all aspects of senior level management.

Marty Phillips, Support Director

Marty Earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University in 1993. Became a Project Management Professional (PMP) in 2012.

Spent 20+ years developing custom software for a Johnson City, TN based IT firm. Under his leadership the company grew from 20 to 500 clients and the staff grew from 5to 85 expanding to 9 states across the US. Marty leads all operations and logistics.

Lisa Selby

Lisa  has a multiple degrees in Accounting , and is on tract to acquire her CPA , with extensive experience in Banking & Finance client transaction management of accounting practices, office administration, material management, freight management, sales and inventory management, distribution coordination, payroll specialist and all aspects of accounting management. She joined Timbertop Builders in November, 2024 after relocating to Crossville, Tennessee from Iowa.

Susan Kerr

Susan Kerr is a respected financial servicers professional with over twenty-five years of experience, including thirteen years in banking as a portfolio manager, a private banker, and most recently a small business lender with the Bank of Clarke County. Prior to that Susan managed a branch with a mortgage company and spent the first eight years of her career with Comstor, an IT services provider; where she managed the financial services group and went on to earn the Six Sigma Black Belt as a quality facilitator. Board experience includes four years on the National Board of NAPMW a not-for-profit which provides education for women in mortgage banking as well as four years on the Board of the Potomac Chapter of The Risk Management Association which included three years as the Women in Banking Chair. Bank of Clarke County is a community bank with locations in Virginia and Maryland, offering a wide variety of financing solutions and personalized service to their clients.
